About
I’m Marco, a veterinary surgeon from sunny Naples, where I was born, raised, and trained. I’ve since worked and lived in several countries, driven by a wish to fulfil my professional dream of working with free-ranging species in their natural environments. That journey led me to build broad experience across exotic, small animal, and wildlife medicine through postgraduate courses and specialised training, and to be recognised as a European veterinary specialist focused on population medicine and One Health.
By the time I settled on the Thames side, I’d cared for an exceptional range of species – from whales to dormice and, of course, our beloved pets – through years in both independent and corporate small animal practices. Over time, I realised that, just as a healthy environment supports rich biodiversity, happy pet owners lead to happy pets.
Brexit has made pet travel more complicated, and I’ve seen first-hand how stressful and expensive the paperwork can feel. With a personal service, I aim to make the process simple and calm, so you can avoid the pressure and demands of corporate systems and enjoy a smoother journey with your pet, feeling properly looked after at every step.
